Blueberry Field
Blueberry Field

Northern ME
August, 2000

Dear Larry & Alison,
As we headed north along the coast of Maine, the fields turned blue. We found a place to buy the wild berries in bulk and bought as many as we could eat in the next week. We saw why you named your business Berry Patch Quilting! Past Acadia, the tourist traffic disappeared along with the sailboats. The small coastal villages depend on the sea and fishing, and the harbors are full of working boats. We camped at the eastern most point of land in the States. We could easily stay here for a week but Nova Scotia beckons. Thanks again,

Nancy & Peter
