Leaving Somerville

Dear Jake & Amelia,
As we were planning our journey across America last summer, leaving in February seemed like a good idea. The week we planned to leave, snow fell, filling up the back of the truck and freezing the camper base into the ground. Then the weather  warmed and the driveway turned to mud. In the end, we brushed snow off the camper, loaded it onto the truck, piled our things in the back and drove all the way to Belmont. We'll see you soon!
